Whether it’s a traditional sausage or a whole butterflied leg of lamb, Feast season the meat with their own blend of natural salts and spices before placing it over a bed of searing charcoal. Now the fun starts, using the heat they build a bark or crust, nurturing the meat, basting and seasoning to achieve the Maillard reaction, a process that put simply produces thousands of flavour compounds giving the meat a very distinct and unique taste that cannot be achieved by other cooking methods. Feast then finish their dishes of with delicious salads, sides and sauces for you to enjoy from 4.00pm
