Their two eye catching vans, Eddie and Gordo, take on the guise of a taco shack on the beach. Whilst they can’t guarantee sunshine or the feeling of the sand between your toes they can deliver the fresh flavours and mouth watering taste of their made to order tacos, nachos and quesadillas.

Whether it’s a traditional sausage or a whole butterflied leg of lamb, Feast season the meat with their own blend of natural salts and spices before placing it over a bed of searing charcoal.

Now the fun starts, using the heat they build a bark or crust, nurturing the meat, basting and seasoning to achieve the Maillard reaction, a process that put simply produces thousands of flavour compounds giving the meat a very distinct and unique taste that cannot be achieved by other cooking methods.
